1. PREAMBLE These General Terms & Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales made on the DOLCE NUDE website (https://dolcenude.com). By placing an order, you unconditionally accept these terms.

2. PRODUCTS DOLCE NUDE sells edible fragrances, described with the greatest care on the website.
📍 Availability: Products are offered subject to available stock. In the event of a stock shortage after ordering, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.
📍 Photos and descriptions: Visuals are presented for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the final product.
3. PRICES & PAYMENT
📌 Product prices: Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes and exclude shipping costs. DOLCE NUDE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be charged based on the rate in effect at the time of the order.

📌 Payment security: Transactions are secured via our payment provider and banking details are never stored.
4. ORDER & VALIDATION
📍 Order process: 1️⃣ Add products to your cart and confirm your order. 2️⃣ Enter your delivery information and choose your payment method. 3️⃣ After confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details.
📍 Modification or cancellation: A confirmed order can no longer be modified. For any request, contact us at contact@dolcenude.com within 24 hours of purchase.
📍 Right of refusal: DOLCE NUDE reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute, suspicion of fraud or non-compliance with the T&Cs.
5. SHIPPING
📦 Areas covered: We ship to metropolitan France, Europe and internationally subject to legal restrictions on edible fragrances.
📍 Shipping methods & timeframes: France 🇫🇷 : 3 to 5 business days Europe 🇪🇺 : 5 to 10 business days International 🌍 : 7 to 15 business days
📍 Shipping costs: France: from €3.90 Europe: from €5.90 International: from €8.90

📍 Delays & liability: DOLCE NUDE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
📌 Withdrawal period: You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal and return a product.
📌 Return conditions: The product must be new, unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the error is on our part.
📌 Return procedure: 1️⃣ Contact us at contact@dolcenude.com with your order number. 2️⃣ Wait for our instructions before shipping the parcel. 3️⃣ Once received, we will process the refund within 10 business days.
🚫 EXCEPTIONS: For hygiene reasons, opened, tested or used fragrances are non-refundable.

7. LIABILITY DOLCE NUDE cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of its products (e.g. allergic reaction). Before use, check the composition and perform a patch test.
⚠️ Warning: This fragrance is edible, but is not a food product. Do not ingest in large quantities. For external use only.
8. WARRANTY & CUSTOMER SERVICE
📌 Legal warranty: Conformity warranty: In the event of a defect or anomaly, we will replace your product free of charge. Legal warranty against hidden defects: In accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

10. APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTES
