These terms and conditions of sale govern every purchase made on dolcenude.com, the official store of DOLCE NUDE — the world's first edible fragrance brand. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

Products

DOLCE NUDE sells fragrances formulated with food-grade ingredients, designed to be worn on the skin. Each product listing describes composition, volume, and usage. Colors and packaging may vary slightly from on-screen visuals.

Product Use & Safety

DOLCE NUDE products are fragrances for external use on the skin. They are not food, drink or dietary supplements and are not intended to be swallowed or consumed. "Edible" and "food-grade" describe the quality of the ingredients and the light taste on the skin; they do not mean the product can be eaten. Read the full ingredient list before use. Do not use if you are allergic or sensitive to any ingredient. Stop use if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. DOLCE NUDE is not liable for any use contrary to these instructions.

Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Order & Validation

Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive our confirmation email. Orders cannot be modified once validated. You can still cancel under your 14-day right of withdrawal (see below).

Shipping

DOLCE NUDE ships worldwide. Standard shipping times are 3–7 business days in the US, 5–10 business days in Europe, and 7–14 business days elsewhere. Free shipping is available on US orders over $80. Import duties and local taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order and return unopened products with their seal intact, for a full refund including standard delivery costs. Return shipping costs are paid by you. For health and hygiene reasons, products unsealed after delivery cannot be returned unless faulty. Full details in our return policy.

Liability

DOLCE NUDE's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or misuse of our products. Always follow usage instructions on each label.

Warranty & Customer Service

All DOLCE NUDE edible fragrances are warranted free of manufacturing defects. For any claim, contact support@dolcenude.com. This does not affect your legal rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity in the EU and UK.

Personal Data

Personal data collected to process your order is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Applicable Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute not resolved amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

DOLCE NUDE may update these terms at any time. The version in force at the date of your order applies.
