1. Program description

DOLCE NUDE operates a recurring mobile messaging program (the "Program"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages and/or WhatsApp messages from DOLCE NUDE at the number provided. These may include promotional offers, discount codes, new product announcements, restock alerts, order and shipping updates, and customer care messages.

2. Consent

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may buy from us without joining the Program. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or the authorized user of the mobile number provided, and that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect up to approximately 8 messages per month, and more during promotional periods such as new launches or seasonal sales.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. DOLCE NUDE does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to every message sent and received. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to opt out

You may cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us and you will be unsubscribed from the Program. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further marketing messages will be sent. For WhatsApp, you may also block the sender or use the unsubscribe option provided in the message.

If you unsubscribe and later wish to rejoin, simply sign up again through our website.

7. Supported carriers and carrier liability

The Program is available on most major mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your mobile number is used to operate the Program and is never sold. For full details on how we collect, use and protect your personal data, please read our Privacy Policy. Our Terms and Conditions of Sale also apply to any purchase made through the Program.

9. Changes to these terms

DOLCE NUDE may modify or cancel the Program, or any of its terms, at any time and without notice. The version published on this page is the version in force.
