These terms and conditions of sale govern every purchase made on dolcenude.com, the official store of DOLCE NUDE — the world's first edible fragrance brand. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions of sale in full.

DOLCE NUDE LLC operates dolcenude.com from 8560 Sunset Boulevard, Suite 500, West Hollywood, CA 90069, USA. Every edible fragrance sold is made in the USA. These terms and conditions of sale apply to all customers, regardless of location.

Products Covered by These Terms and Conditions

DOLCE NUDE sells edible fragrances formulated with food-grade ingredients, designed to be worn and tasted. Each product listing describes composition, volume, and usage. Colors and packaging may vary slightly from on-screen visuals.

Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes. Accepted payment methods under these terms and conditions of sale: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Order & Validation

Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive our order confirmation email. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after validation. Any modification request must be submitted before shipping and may not be accepted.

Shipping Under These Terms and Conditions of Sale

DOLCE NUDE ships worldwide. Standard shipping times are 3–7 business days in the US, 5–10 business days in Europe, and 7–14 business days elsewhere. Free shipping is available on US orders over $80. Import duties and local taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have 14 days after delivery to exchange unopened products. Opened edible fragrance flacons are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons. For full details, consult our return policy.

Liability Under These Terms

DOLCE NUDE's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or misuse of our products. Always follow usage instructions on each edible fragrance label.

Warranty & Customer Service

All DOLCE NUDE edible fragrances are warranted free of manufacturing defects. For warranty claims, contact help@hello-dolcenude.com within 14 days of delivery.
