Return Policy — DOLCE NUDE Edible Fragrance Exchanges

This return policy explains how exchanges work at DOLCE NUDE, the world's first edible fragrance brand. We do not offer refunds, but we do accept exchanges under the conditions listed below. Please read this return policy carefully before purchasing or contacting our customer service team.

Return Policy Introduction

At DOLCE NUDE, every edible fragrance is handcrafted in the USA using food-grade ingredients. For hygiene and safety reasons, our return policy differs from standard retail — we only accept exchanges on unused, unopened products within a strict timeframe.

Order Processing Under This Return Policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, any exchange request must follow the return policy rules detailed below.

Shipping & Timeframes for Returns

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 to 30 days of delivery, depending on your country of residence. No exchange will be processed after this window under our return policy.

Unclaimed or Refused Parcels

Parcels refused by the customer or left unclaimed at the carrier's pick-up point are returned to DOLCE NUDE. Reshipment will only be processed after the customer covers the new delivery fee. No refund is issued for unclaimed parcels per this return policy.

Product Exchange (No Refunds)

Our return policy allows exchanges only. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Exchanges are valid for unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging. Opened, tested or used edible fragrance flacons are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email help@hello-dolcenude.com within the return policy timeframe
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange
  3. Wait for our return instructions before shipping anything back
  4. Ship the unopened product back at your cost to the address we provide
  5. Your replacement edible fragrance will be shipped once we receive and verify the return

Defective or Damaged Products

If your DOLCE NUDE edible fragrance arrives damaged, broken, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging. We will replace it at no cost under this return policy.

Lost / Stolen Parcels / Marked 'Delivered' But Not Received

If your parcel is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first, then reach out to our customer service. We will open an investigation with the carrier and act based on their findings.

Discount Not Applied on First Order

If a first-order discount code was not applied at checkout, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot apply discounts retroactively beyond this window.

Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, tested or used edible fragrance flacons
  • Products purchased during flash sales or with promotional discounts above 30%
  • Bundle packs where one or more items have been opened
  • Digital products, gift cards, and loyalty rewards

Security & Personal Data

All return and exchange data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We never share your information with third parties outside of what is strictly necessary to process your exchange.

Return Policy Changes

DOLCE NUDE reserves the right to update this return policy at any time. The version in force at the date of your order applies to your purchase.
